Elizabeth Olsen’s new contract is for 7 MCU projects

Many MCU fans have been wanting a Scarlet Witch stand-alone movie and not only are we getting one, but might be getting three!

Olsen’s rumored new contract with Marvel includes Agatha: House of Harkness series on Disney+, I Am Groot animated series, and the Avengers: Secret Wars Parts 1 and 2 as well as a solo movie (or movies) of her own. (As the contract is supposed to cover 7 projects, this would make the solo adventures a trilogy!).

While the contract details have not been officially announced, several sources are reporting the contract extension (some stating it is for 7 years though Marvel contracts are usually for x number of projects, not years).

Debuting in 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron as Wanda Maximoff, she has been an integral part of the MCU in Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, and co-starring with Paul Bettany in the WandaVision series for Disney+. She also has a pivotal role in the upcoming Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.

With her continued popularity, I think it is safe to say we will be seeing a lot more of Wanda Maximoff in the next phase of Marvel projects.
