I’ve been wondering when Picard’s second season would finally be released and not only did Star Trek Day at Paramount reveal that, but it gave us an intriguing new trailer.
John de Lancie returns as Q as time is broken (by himself, of course) and he seeks the help of Picard to make things right. Picard and the crew of the La Sirena will have to fix everything in just 3 days before Q’s timeline becomes reality casting Picard as a tyrant who plunged the universe into a dystopian regime.
The time-hopping journey will bring Picard face-to-face with another old foe, the Borg Queen (now played by Annie Wersching of the Vampire Diaries).
Picard season 2 will air on Paramount+ in February 2022 and has already been renewed for a 3rd season.
